Learn Baby & Child First Aid

Learn the life changing and life saving skills you need to confidently keep children healthy and safe.

In the two hour session, you will learn information in children's health, first aid and safety in a warm and friendly environment. The session aims to help you feel more confident and prepared in handling common childhood health issues and knowing what to do in an emergency.

You will learn:

-Baby + Child CPR
-Safe Eating + 1st Aid for Choking
-Head injuries
-Allergies + Anaphylaxis
-Fevers + Temperature Management

When: Tuesday 15th May

Time: 7pm – 9pm

Where: Knox and District Toy Library, 11 – 13 Gerda Street, Scoresby

Cost: $35 ($15 will be donated back to the Knox and District Toy Library)

The session will be run by Jen Rice, a Parentmedic Ambassador. Jen is a mother of 2 children and has a background in mental health nursing and childbirth education. Jen is passionate about providing parents with the knowledge and confidence to provide first aid to their children, family and friends, if an emergency was to arrive.
