Welcome to the Knox Toy Library!

Toys are becoming increasingly expensive and our children outgrow them so quickly. The Knox Toy Library provides the perfect alternative to buying a room full of toys that are no longer played with.  We have educational toys, puzzles and games, toys that encourage creativity, physical activity and fun!

As a member of the library, your children can take home any toys they wish, and in two weeks, exchange them for more. It gives children the opportunity to experience a wider range of toys than they would normally have access to and allows children to make choices and to learn from their decision making.

Children learn through play, and our toy library caters for children from 6 months to 6 years old. We look forward to seeing you and hope you join us soon!

2012 Fundraising

18th February 2012 look out for us at Bunnings - Scoresby. Please come and say hi and buy a sausage to help us raise funds for the Toy Library in 2012.

Aussie Farmers Direct have a healthy eating fundraising program and the Toy Library is involved! For every family that receives the service, they will donate 2% of your total spend back to the Toy Library. Annual General Meeting

The Toy Library will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Sat 24th March 2012 at 12pm (after Toy Library borrowing). At the AGM all positions are vacated and we require a new 2012 full committee or the Toy Library will be forced to close until further notice as by rules in our constitution and council requirements. Its easy just complete a nomination form and come to the meeting. If you can not make it on the day, please drop your form off to the coordinators ASAP to put your nomination forward.If you attend the AGM you’ll receive a voucher for $10 off your membership. Even better, join the committee, and you’ll get free membership for a year, a free party pack hire and you wont have to do duty.For further information on the roles or to hand in a nomination form please see our friendly coordinators Francine or Karen.
